Returns/Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is always one of our top priorities but due to the nature of our product all sales are final. Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please make sure your address, texture choice, and hair lengths are correct before submitting your order.

Shipping:

Orders are first processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping takes 4-7 business days not including national holidays. Please make sure that you double check your shipping address information before submitting your order. After your order has been shipped off and is out of our possession, it is out of our control.

  

Payments:

Our only method of payment accepted is through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to checkout. Simply just fill out the information asked of you at checkout. Use any discount codes at checkout if we have provided you with one. PayPal is the most safe and secure way to make payments not only for our clients but for our company.
